FAQ

We're excited to see you! Just go to 'Book Your Class' and select either 'Pijp' or 'West' for the schedule.

Step 1: Find your class. You can see the full description by clicking 'i'. Click 'Book' to proceed.

Step 2: Our Booking portal will appear. You may be prompted to log in or create an account. If you are already logged in, you'll go directly to Step 3.

Step 3: Your current membership or valid credits will show. If you need to purchase credits, you can do that here. Then scroll down and click ' Book' to confirm.

You will receive an email confirmation of your reservation.
Enjoy your class!
You can access all of your Bookings in your Dashboard.

Select LogIn and you will see your account.

In the Dashboard you can see, and cancel, your future Bookings.
If you don't see your class, select Change studio from the left navigation options.

Cancelation without penalty is available up to 3 hours before the class. Your class credits will go back on your account.

Late cancelations will deduct the credits from your account.
You do not need to bring any yoga props with you. We have them all and you can use them for free :) Just bring clothes in which you comfortably can move your shoulders and hips. We do not have showers in the studios but there are changing rooms. Please make sure to not eat heavy meals closer than a few hours before class, light snacks are ok. You take your shoes off at the entrance and there are mini lockers for your valuables which you can use free of charge. Please make sure to be there no later than 10-15 minutes before class as in the last 5 minutes before the class your spot may be given to a walking-in student if you have not checked in at the desk by then. One to two weeks before your Sometimes Yagoy pass expires, you will receive an auto email for our Sometimes Extension Offer.
If you purchase a new Sometimes Yagoy pass before your current pass expires, we will extend the remaining credits for the duration of the new pass. Just click the button in the auto email after you have made your purchase, and we will take care of the rest. Some limits and conditions apply; details are included in the email.

Promotions, Double Yagoy, and Try Yagoy are not included in the Sometimes Yagoy Extension offer.
No problem. In most cases, there is a very easy solution for this.

All of our Sometimes Yagoy, Try Yagoy, and Promotional passes activate with the first reservation.
If you are having trouble booking a class, check to see if you have a future reservation that is activating your product. Then, you can cancel that reservation, book the earlier class, and you should be all set.

All passes have an expiration date. Please check the duration of you pass under the Pricing tab. You can activate any Sometimes Yagoy pass within one year of purchase. You will then have a set duration to use the remaining credits.

To pause or cancel your subscription, please email us at info@yagoy.nl. and include the email address associated with your Yagoy account.

Changes can take up to two business days to process.

Please note that all subscriptions are for a minimum of three consecutive months and auto renew. Pauses and cancelations are only possible after this initial three month period. We can pause subscriptions for up to two months per year.

For Gift Cards Issued after 28 February 2022
Just click the link in the email you received and follow the steps. The Gift Card will automatically show in your account and be available to use as payment on your next purchase. Enjoy!

For Gift Cards Issued before 28 February 2022
We have changed booking systems, so we need to add your Gift Card to your account manually.
Please send an email to info@yagoy.nl with your Gift Card number and the amount. We will add this to your account within 48 hours.
