Level: Beginners and Everyone Else
Intention: Start here, and maybe stay
Structure: This slow and gentle vinyasa Yoga practice is a great place to learn the postures at a relaxed pace. The use of props for support helps to find your version of each posture. Start here, stay here, or come back when you want to relax Your Way.
Notes: Everyone is welcome. Pregnant people should inform their teacher before class.
Level: Beginners and Everyone Else
Intention: Turn the volume down, turn the attention in
Structure: This class begins with gentle, mindful movement, bringing our awareness into the body, and ends with fifteen minutes of silent or lightly guided meditation. The only good reason to meditate is for the fun of it! Be present Your Way.

Intention: Sweat, build strength, and stability
Structure: This vinyasa Yoga practice begins with intention setting, then prepares the body to move. This is not a set sequence. Each class offers a new challenge. Options will be given throughout so you can practice Your Way.

Intention: Tap into core strength, alignment, and flexibility
Structure: We start with a warm-up and basic Pilates technique followed by an intense core workout. Strengthening and lengthening the whole body, bringing the maximum potential out of the movement by breath work and alignment. This class is for everyone that is willing to work it out and have some fun.

Intention: Less Doing, More Being
Structure: This Yin Yoga class spends time getting to know the postures. Longer holds help to calm the nervous system and increase the elasticity of the connective tissues that surround your joints. This deeply nourishing class lets you just be Your Way.

Intention: Explore the breath, and let it move you
Structure: This active vinyasa Yoga practice begins with intention setting and breath work. The flow is all about creative movement, led by the breath. Every flow is different, focused on the space between the postures. Move Your Way.

Intention: Create heat in the body, move with core power
Structure: This strong vinyasa Yoga practice turns up the heat in the body. Moving from the core, this class combines traditional yoga postures with functional movements to build strength and stability. Stand strong, Your Way.

Intention: Challenge the body, learn to fly
Structure: This strong vinyasa Yoga practice builds strength and balance, playing with inversions and balancing on the hands. We take time to break down these postures and build them from the ground up. Play Your Way.
