This softer vinyasa class is perfect for beginners or anyone seeking a gentler practice. You’ll be guided through foundational postures and principles of yoga. Slow-paced and grounding, this class gently builds flexibility, balance, and confidence.

In this gentle and grounding class, you’ll begin with mindful movement to connect breath and body, before settling into stillness with a silent or lightly guided meditation. The focus is on turning the volume down, drawing the attention inward, and enjoying the simple practice of presence. A nourishing pause for body and mind.

This deeply restful class combines breathwork, mantra, and restorative postures to calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. Using props for support, we slowly release tension and reconnect with a sense of ease and balance.

This guided breathwork session is based on conscious connected breathing to support mental clarity, deep relaxation and the release of stress and tension. We begin with a grounding practice and intention setting, followed by a longer breath journey guided with care and presence. Each session ends with long integration and space for rest.
