Yagoy's mission is to share the practice of Yoga, in an inclusive and accessible way. We offer a variety of class types for every mood, lifestyle, age, and body.

Whether you are a beginner or have been practicing for years, we have classes that will meet you where you are today.

RELAX & FLOW


Intention: Start here, and maybe stay

Structure: This slow and gentle vinyasa Yoga practice is a great place to learn the postures at a relaxed pace. The use of props for support helps to find your version of each posture. Start here, stay here, or come back when you want to relax Your Way.

Notes: Everyone is welcome. Pregnant people should inform their teacher before class.

MINDFULNESS & FLOW


Intention: Turn the volume down, turn the attention in

Structure: This class begins with gentle, mindful movement, bringing our awareness into the body, and ends with fifteen minutes of silent or lightly guided meditation. The only good reason to meditate is for the fun of it! Be present Your Way.

OPEN & EXPLORE | YIN

Intention: Less Doing, More Being

Structure: This Yin Yoga class spends time getting to know the postures. Longer holds help to calm the nervous system and increase the elasticity of the connective tissues that surround your joints. This deeply nourishing class lets you just be Your Way.

Notes: Everyone is welcome. Pregnant people should inform their teacher before class.

SWEAT & FLOW


Intention: Sweat, build strength, and stability

Structure: This vinyasa Yoga practice begins with intention setting, then prepares the body to move. This is not a set sequence. Each class offers a new challenge. Options will be given throughout so you can practice Your Way.

PILATES YOUR WAY | in West


Intention: Tap into core strength, alignment, and flexibility

Structure: We start with a warm-up and basic Pilates technique followed by an intense core workout. Strengthening and lengthening the whole body, bringing the maximum potential out of the movement by breath work and alignment. This class is for everyone that is willing to work it out and have some fun.

Intention: Create heat in the body, move with core power

Structure: This strong vinyasa Yoga practice turns up the heat in the body. Moving from the core, this class combines traditional yoga postures with functional movements to build strength and stability. Stand strong, Your Way.

Intention: Explore the breath, and let it move you

Structure: This active vinyasa Yoga practice begins with intention setting and breath work. The flow is all about creative movement, led by the breath. Every flow is different, focused on the space between the postures. Move Your Way.

Intention: Challenge the body, learn to fly

Structure: This strong vinyasa Yoga practice builds strength and balance, playing with inversions and balancing on the hands. We take time to break down these postures and build them from the ground up. Play Your Way.

Intention: Supporting your practice, every step of the way

Structure: This vinyasa Yoga class is guided by teachers who know the special challenges each phase of pregnancy presents. They will help you prepare for the journey ahead with a nourishing flow and provide options to practice Your Way.

Notes: Pregnant people should consult with their physician before starting any new physical activity

PRE & POSTNATAL | DEEP CORE & EXPLORE

Intention: Help your body support and recover from your pregnancy and labor, while deeply relaxing your body and mind.

Structure: This slow-paced, gentle Yoga class will lead you through a steady sequence of restful asanas; these are coupled with breath work and exercises to help you connect with, stretch, and strengthen your pelvic floor and other deep core muscles.

Notes: This class is ideal for postpartum students; it is also suited to pregnant students seeking a gentler practice than our Pregnant Your Way vinyasa class.

Postpartum students are welcome to join once they feel ready for mindful, gentle movement. If you gave birth via C-section or experienced complications during your labor or recovery, please consult your healthcare provider before resuming guided physical activity.

BABY & ME

Level: Open to All Levels

Intention: Nurturing your connection, every step of the way

Structure: This yoga class is designed for caregivers and babies aged 1 month until crawling. Led by experienced teachers, the practice offers a gentle, supportive flow that accommodates all levels of experience. It provides the space for caregivers to bond with their babies while focusing on their own well-being, with options to practice in a way that feels right for them.

Notes: Birthing parents should consult with their healthcare provider before beginning any new physical activity postpartum. This is not a postnatal class as all caregivers are welcome, however, all our Baby & Me teachers are also trained to offer support for postpartum students, complications during your labor or recovery, please consult your healthcare provider before resuming guided physical activity.
