Yoga is a nature driven
science and be practiced with
different intentions, it can be practiced
fast or slow. At Yagoy we aim to explain how
yoga works and how you can apply it to your daily life!
Below you can see the class types we offer, all classes at Yagoy
include variations of sun salutations basically aiming to connect breath with movement (Vinyasa). Depending on the intention of the class, one class is more dynamic (yang) and others are less dynamic (yin).

Core & Flow

Intention | Bring awareness to your core, strengthen it, and practice moving from your centre

Structure | Creative sequences and transitions, active and non-linear movements mainly directed from the core

Benefits | Feel aware, recharged and calm. Stronger and more conscious core, relief from tension, toxins and improved flexibility

Special notes | Open to all levels, especially if you enjoy flow and creative vinyasa, core work not recommended during pregnancy


Energize & Renew

Intention | Activate your energy channels, cleanse your body of toxins, rejuvenate the cells of your body and stimulate your nervous system

Structure | Breathing exercises, active flowing movements and restorative postures

Benefits | Feel awake and energised. Improved lung capacity, core muscle strength and spine mobility.

Special notes | Open to all levels, pregnant women are not encouraged to attend this class


Meditate & Breathe

Intention | Learn tools to manage your stress levels and improve your emotional and mental wellbeing

Structure | Intention setting, breathing exercises, gentle movements and guided sitting meditation practice

Benefits | Feel relaxed and clearheaded. Improved lung function and physical flexibility

Special notes | This class is suitable for all levels and you will be given guidance to help you either kickstart or develop your meditation practice


Open & Explore

Intention | Improve the health of your subtle and energetic bodies, calm your nervous system, lengthen and increase the elasticity of the connective tissue that surrounds your joints

Structure | Intention setting and centering, gentle, mindful movements and longer held postures

Benefits | Feel more balanced and calm. Improved joint mobility and function of the energy channels and internal organs.

Special notes | Inspired by traditional Yin yoga, this class is open to all levels


Power & Play

Intention | Challenge yourself physically and mentally by exploring advanced postures, build your strength and balance

Structure | Connection to the breath, active flowing movements and exploration of advanced postures

Benefits | Feel more confident and empowered. Stronger leaner muscles and increased balance

Special notes | This class is for experienced practitioners. Pregnant women are not encouraged to join this class.


Relax & Restore

Intention | Unwind, find a sense of calm and restore your physical balance

Structure | Intention setting, breath awareness, slow yet dynamic flow of movements aimed at opening up the shoulders, hips and the spine; and some restorative postures

Benefits | Feel serene and recharged. Find relief from physical tension and improved flexibility.

Special notes | This class is open to all levels and suitable for post- and pre-natal.


Sweat & Flow

Intention | Increase your stamina, stretch and strengthen your muscles, detoxify your body

Structure | Connection to the breath, active flowing movements and challenging postures

Benefits | Feel more connected and calm. Improved cardiovascular function, toned and lengthened muscles

Special notes | Inspired by traditional Vinyasa yoga, this class is open to all levels. Pregnant women are not encouraged to join this class.


Pregnant Your Way

Intention | Learn to use the breath and yoga to find calmness, strength and confidence

Structure | Breath awareness, gentle movements and restorative postures

Benefits | Feel balanced and connected to your body. Increased relaxation and strength of the muscles used during the prenatal period
